Detox Retreats

SOS Athletic Excellence has been established since 2013 and with its growing success within the UK we wanted to offer our clients something more. Having been to Marbella on a number of occasions for various training sessions and courses, we went looking for the ideal location to introduce people to a condensed week of everything we currently offer back home. We found it here at El Cortijo de los Caballos, a private villa with individual apartments/casitas where our guests can enjoy the programme together with other like-minded people whilst still maintaining some privacy. The perfect place for what we need.

Your week in Marbella consists of intense results-based training sessions, healthy meals which are all carefully thought through to fuel your training as well as encourage fat loss, plenty of rest and relaxation and lots of fun and education.

The feedback and results we have had with previous retreats have been fantastic and we cannot wait until the next.
