Accommodation

El Cortijo de los Caballos has recently been renovated retaining the eclectic mix of Spanish and Moroccan d├ęcor which was chosen to suit the building's traditional Moorish architecture. The Cortijo was sympathetically converted from an equestrian centre 35 years ago by its owners to include 11 Casitas and a 3 bedroom Cottage.

The beauty of the property for weddings and other group holidays lies within the unique layout of the Cortijo as each of your guests will have their own suite or cottage for their private use. This enables a large group of friends or family to holiday together for the week whilst still retaining a great deal of privacy, with their own kitchen facilities, en suite bathrooms and terrace or garden.

Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette with hob except for the Corral Rooms (6 and 8) and the Tower Room (10) which have breakfast facilities only. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge and hairdryer in every apartment. All bedding and towels for both the bathrooms and pool are provided. The Cortijo is now also fully airconditioned with every apartment enjoying this cooling or heating system in either the bedroom or the sitting room.

Lounge Bar

This communal area consists of a large covered lounge, where the glass panels are removed in the summer months to give a more open feel. There is a well equipped kitchen, where a group of 30+ guests can socialise and enjoy their meals together. A large BBQ terrace with a traditional andalucian style BBQ as well as a large mobile one allows you to have your own dinner or choose to have the caterer come in to do it for you.

There is a television with English channels, a mixing table where you can connect your laptop or iPhone and enjoy your own choice of music. For the children there is an Xbox in the WiFi room and a DVD/TV in the Cottage, which allows them to play or watch a film whilst the adults enjoy a relaxing drink in the bar. There is a fibre optic internet connection in the bar/lounge area at no extra charge.
